Carolyn – 6 Month Portraits

Sweet Miss Carolyn May came in for her 6 month portraits on Friday, and she brought her big sisters with her this time! She was all smiles for the camera, and Anne Elizabeth and Lucy were great as they hammed it up with some Christmas style! Thanks, Kate and Bobby, for sharing your precious girls with us. We love watching them grow up, both across the street and in front of the camera!

Beautiful Bailey

Today, I met Bailey and her mom, Tracy, for some fall portraits in the park. We had lots of fun. So much fun, in fact, that Bailey didn’t want to stop having her picture taken when we finished! Thanks you two for allowing me to spend a nice afternoon in the park with you! Here are a few of the shots that we took…

Blue Willow in “Wedding Vow” Magazine

We have some exciting news to share about Blue Willow, our wedding photography partnership with Kim Foster, regarding a new, semi-annual publication called, “Columbus Wedding Vow” magazine.

We received an invitation to enter submissions for publication consideration, and sent in a link to the first two weddings that Blue Willow did (which happened to be our only two weddings that fit in the time frame and location restrictions allowed).

This week, we were so honored to learn that both of the weddings we submitted will be featured in Columbus’ premier issue of the magazine! The magazine is expected to be out at the end of January, and you can be sure that both of our studios will have plenty of copies to share!

Thank you Carly and John Weddle and Kimberly and Mark Dalgety for letting us capture your amazing weddings. We had so much fun, and are excited that you’ll be getting a little rock star treatment!

It’s Christmas Eva! (get it?)

Okay, okay, so my puns are kinda cheesy, but kids like Eva make my job kinda easy! (as you can see, my rhymes aren’t much better.) Thanks Trina, for sharing your family with me yesterday!

Weslyn – 5 Year Portraits

I’ve been photographing Weslyn, her brother and sister, and her cousins for several years now and I was delighted to get to spend this afternoon with Weslyn for her 5 year portraits! How does God squeeze so much personality into such small packages? :) Thanks Glynis, Ann, and Jayden for helping out! Here are a few sneak peeks from today…

Kristin, Rantz, & Tyler

Kristin, her son Tyler, and her fiance, Rantz met us in the park this week for some family pictures. We had a great time! Thanks Shannon for your assistance! Here are a few sneak peeks from their session….

The Profitt Boys & their Nana

We met Pierce, Price, and their Nana at the park yesterday for a quick shoot before the rain set in. One of the great perks of my job is getting to watch families be families. These guys love their Nana. And I think it’s safe to say that the feelings are mutual! Here are a few shots from our session…

Dylan Daugherty – 6 Months

Little Dylan dropped by this week for his 6 month portraits. His many smiles made my job easy! Here are a few quick shots from our session…

Kennon Kids

We had a great time photographing Morgan, Tripp, and Jackson this week. This was my second time hanging out with them and let me tell you, these kids adore each other! Thanks guys for letting me tag along on your adventures. Here are a few sneak peeks from our session…

Blair and Her Smashcake

The Childers family came by this week for Blair’s 1 year “Smashcake” session. As you can see she wasn’t hesitant about digging in! At least she liked to share with her big sister, McKenzie. Here are a few sneak peek pics from our session…
