Introducing… Aaron James White – born February 17th, 2009, 10:17am

Our son, Aaron James White came into the world this Tuesday! Molly, Eli, and I are so excited to finally have him here in our hands! He was 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and 21 inches long. Just like with Eli, Molly delivered Aaron naturally with no epidural and no pain meds. She’s my hero, not to mention the best mom ever! We spent one night in the hospital and got to go home early. Molly and Aaron are both doing great!. Here are a few quick shots from Aaron’s first day of life. Lots more to come in the next few days, I promise…

Just one minute old and already in great hands…..

Less than 15 minutes old….

Sleeping on Mommy’s shoulder…

Molly and I both agree, he looks JUST like Eli did when he was born, just bigger….

For comparison, here are two pics of Eli when he was a day old….

Meeting his big brother for the first time….

Just minutes after Aaron was born, I brought Eli back so that he could be the first to meet him (besides Molly and I). Ever since the day that we told Eli that he was getting a little brother, he has told everybody he knows that he couldn’t wait to teach Aaron how to play “car crash”. This video is literally their first minute together. Eli’s dream finally came true…Aaron finally knows how to play car crash. :)

(Left) Aaron’s already disrespecting his elder brother ;)

Stay tuned for more!

Amelia LeMare – Class of 2009

We had a blast this week photographing Amelia for her senior portraits. She is graduating on May 15th from Waverly Hall Christian Academy and has quite a future ahead of her! As you can see, she was a natural in front of the camera. Amelia, I hope you had as much fun with us as we did with you!

And to all of you other 2009′ers out there….It’s not too late to book your senior session before the end of the year! ritchie@ritchiewhite.com (706.575.4917)

Urban Twins – 3 Months

There is always something special about photographing a set of twins! Landon and Abby came in for their 3 month photos recently, and we really enjoyed playing with them and capturing their expressions at such a tender age. We are looking forward to watching you two grow and change!

Ryan Rodriquez – 2 Months

We recently had the opportunity to take pictures of handsome 2 month old Ryan Rodriguez. His older brother (Rene IV), his dad (Rene III), and his grandfather (Rene II) were there to have three generations photographed together! Ryan also brought his mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother to join in the fun. We hope you all cherish these images just as you cherish your strong family ties!

Gasser Family

This past week, I had the privilege of spending some time photographing the Gasser family. Allison and Emily enjoyed their time in front of the camera and we were all surprised by the unpredicted good weather. Here are a few pictures from our session….

Still Waiting! (somewhat patiently)

Molly, Eli, and I are still patiently waiting for the arrival of Eli’s little brother, Aaron. We expect him any day now! We were at the new studio a few nights ago and decided to take a few quick shots of Eli and Aaron spending some quality time together….

Eli (our 3 year old) loves taking pictures with daddy’s camera so I let him take a few. I’m always amazed at the shots that he’s able to get, especially since the camera is almost too heavy for him to hold. Here are the ones that he captured of Aaron and I (and yes, he really did take these all by himself)….

Jackson – 6 Months

Little man Jackson Woods came in for his 6 month portraits this week. He was all smiles (and maybe a yawn or two towards the end). I love watching these little ones grow up! …
